It would seem – drop in the hall 2-3 times a week, or run out for jogging … But this is just my opinion.

Yes, weight loss equipment is a good thing, but mainly you need to pay attention to nutrition if you want to lose weight. Actually, I stopped eating everything sweet, and lost almost 7 kg per month. In general, I did not have a goal to lose weight, but it turned out that a lot of subcutaneous fat had accumulated. I drink a lot of tea and buy testosterone propionate, and before I drank only with sugar. As soon as I started to sugar, subcutaneous fat began to disappear.

Exercise bike
This is also a good option, but, nevertheless, the treadmill is better – it burns significantly more calories, as the body is more loaded. You are still sitting on an exercise bike, and this must be understood.
Stepper
For home workouts, a stepper, namely a mini stepper, is perfect. It is small and inexpensive. It can be put in the corner so that it does not bother anyone. But you do not need to deal with it for a very long time, since there is a serious load on the knee joints.
You can replace it with a free simulator, which you can make yourself from wooden boards. You just need to knock down two steps from the boards, and train on them. Simulated walking up the stairs. This is one of the best and cheapest options – I chose this one for myself. No worse than running in efficiency.

The orbitrek can also be installed at home – it has hand grips. This simulator simulates walking, running. It is rarely used in home training.
Jump rope
But the rope is a wonderful and cheap thing. The effectiveness of training with a skipping rope is incomparable. However, she also has no competitors in terms of price. There is only one drawback – you need a lot of space for training. If there is enough space, then you can safely choose a rope.
Remember that training is good, but the main thing is nutrition. You will begin to lose weight only when you create a calorie deficit in the body. That is, if you eat cakes and pastries, and run for 10 minutes, then there will be no use. You need to train for about 1-2 hours. This is offhand. But you yourself must calculate the calorie intake of food, and the costs during the day and for training. If you spend calories, more than you get, then everything is in order, you will lose weight.
